Terms and Conditions

 Orders

  1. The client is required to provide their logos and or graphic designs via email for personalized items to finalize the order. This should be sent to info@kabrecodesigns.com
  2. For logos and graphic designs, the file should be in PNG format and no less than 600 dpi.
  3. To do engraving on any product we require that the logo and or the artwork be in black and white.
  4. A 60% deposit is required for items requiring personalization (logos, personal wording etc.). This is non-refundable once the job has been started.
  5. Payment should be made via direct bank transfer. Proof of payment sent via email.
  6. Orders are not considered confirmed until the required deposit is received by us in our bank account. Receipt of payment made will be sent via email.
  7. Customized orders can be canceled in writing (email or text) within 24 hours of confirmation. $ 5000 will be deducted as a work fee and the balance refunded within 48 hours of cancellation. Payment will be made via direct bank transfer. This will require the submission of your banking information.
  8. Items will be ready in 10-15 business days for standard orders. For orders of increasing volumes, the date for completion may be increased. Any changes to the date of completion will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.
  9. Orders requiring completion earlier than 10 business days will be subjected to a rush order charge of 20% of the value of the order, with a minimum charge of $3000.
  10. Items can be picked up at our location on the predetermined date of completion.
  11. Items for delivery will be sent off on the predetermined date. Delivery costs will be paid by the client. Delivery will be done by courier service and cost will be based on location.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Upon receipt and confirmation of your order, please allow a period of up to 72 hours to process your order. For orders placed during a holiday or special promotion, please allow for a processing time of 3-4 business days.

Orders are processed within three business days if the item is in stock and does not require personalization.  Please give us 2- 3 weeks for customized orders and this time is based on the number of orders made prior to your order.

Shipping Options, Delivery Times & Rates

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day once the item is in stock.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders can be picked or delivered up on request.

Shipment Confirmation 

Once you have completed your online order, you will receive an email or text containing confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email or text that confirms your shipment. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments are subject to any applicable local customs regulations, duties, and tax charges, all of which are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Please check with your local customs department to verify that shipment of our products is permitted to your country and to receive information on any applicable duties or tariffs. Should your shipment be refused by customs or by you due to regulations, taxes, and/or duties OR if your shipment is seized by customs for any reason and not returned to Kabreco Designs, unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kabreco Designs bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages, once items have been shipped and the order has been confirmed as delivered to the address you stated as your order address. To receive information on shipments presumed lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and make sure to have your tracking number readily available. Once the order has shipped and tracking capabilities become available, we strongly recommend tracking your shipment’s progress closely. We also recommend being available to receive your shipment directly on the estimated package arrival date or contacting the carrier to schedule a pick-up at their holding facility.

Damaged Orders

Once shipped, Kabreco Designs bears no responsibility for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by you, the purchaser, and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed. We can also offer a replacement of the damaged items, or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, upon return of the items in question. This is done on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

Kabreco Design will accept returns and exchanges of non-customized and personalized products within 15 days of the original date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products ordered through kabrecodesigns.com and not to products ordered or purchased through any other website or entity.

We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out. If you are not completely happy with your new Kabreco Designs product, please send it back to us within 15 days. Please note shipping cost to return the item will be the responsibility of the customer and the item must not be used or damaged in any way.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will credit your account upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of credit. For instructions on a return or exchange, please contact us within 15 days of the order date at: info@kabrecodesigns.com

Local Shipping

Knutsford Express- starting at JM$750 or US equivalent. Done on Mondays and Thursdays only.

TARA Courier (2-day door-to-door shipping) –starting at JM$2000 or US equivalent

Door Way Express (2-day door-to-door shipping) – starting at JM$2000 or US equivalent.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using DHL. Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please contact your local customs agency to find out the applicable fees in your country.

Most items ship together, but some items may ship separately.
