Returns and Refunds

Because our items are handmade, we handle returns with care and fairness. Returns are accepted  for non-customized and non personalized items within 7 days of pickup or delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for returning shipping or dop off.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pick Up and Delivery Options

Pick up can be done at our location in Morris Meadows. However, this is on an appointment basis. 

We deliver Islandwide using trusted local courier services such as Tara Couriers and Doorway Express.  Delivery fees are set by these service providers and is usually based on location. Non plants options can be shipped via Knutsford Express. All delivery costs will be that of the customers. Once your order is with the courier, we will share any available tracking information. Please note we are not responsible for delays once your package is out for delivery.

Shipping to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom (via DHL)
Please note:
• Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, all shipments to the U.S. may now attract customs duties, import taxes, and/or handling fees, regardless of order value.
• These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee at checkout.
• DHL will contact you directly if any customs charges are due before delivery.
• Kabreco Designs is not responsible for these additional charges or for delays caused by U.S. Customs.

We will provide full customs documentation and your DHL tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
