Welcome to Kabreco Designs. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Products

All items are handmade in Jamaica using real wood. Variations in wood grain and texture are natural.

Personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Only stock items (not personalized or customized) may be eligible for return.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD).

We accept:

Full payment is required before work begins on personalized and custom items.

Processing Times

Bulk orders are assessed individually.

Pick-Up & Delivery

Pick-up is available in Portmore by appointment.

As we operate from home, please call or message before coming.

Delivery is available island wide using Tara Courier, Doorway Express and Knutsford Express ( non plant products).

Overseas shipping is done using DHL ( coming soon)

Returns & Refunds

Only stock items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Personalized and custom items are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

Orders for stock items may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet picked up or delivered.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and images are the property of Kabreco Designs.

Please do not copy or reproduce without permission.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and communicate with you.

We do not share or sell customer information.

Changes to Terms
